Soil characteristics: chalky tufa-rich, medium texture
Harvesting period: first few days of September

VINIFICATION
White wine vinification process, soft vacuum pressing, temperature controlled fermentation process at 15° C, ageing for 6 months in steel and at least 3 months in the bottle
Alcohol content: 14% Vol.

CHARACTER
Appearance: Straw-yellow, with faint green reflections
Aroma: intense and distinct, with hints of exotic fruit
Taste: soft and pleasant on the palate, dry and well-structured
Recommended with: its structure makes it suitable for seafood first courses, also baked or grilled fish, vegetables or semi-mature cheeses
Serving temperature: 9° – 13° C
